I would like to share how impressed I am with this hospital. Their clinical team and leadership truly care about each patient and go above and beyond to help them. They are committed to quality care and have been a strong contributor in the community supporting first responders, and those struggling with mental health issues. Sadly, there are a lot of reviews complaining about the work that they do, which is understandable as those who struggle with addiction and mental health can tend to blame their problems on a program vs... read more

A very close friend has a child with severe emotional and behavioral disorders. They were aiding disruptions in school. After long discussions my friend took her child to this facility. Dr Trevedi treated both the child and my friend with respect and used minimal medication. My friend said it made a world of difference and she no longer gets calls from the school and life is normal at home. Kudos Dr Trivedi. Many time people are scared to speak of mental health disorders; however, this story ended positively.

I had a surgery that lead to complications and spent a few weeks in the hospital and I ended up leaving there with an opiate addiction. After three months trying to get clean on the street I made a decision to do it in a controlled environment because I was unsuccessful doing it on my own. No detox facility talk to me or help me even with my insurance until I went to Seven Hills. The person who did my intake made me feel a sense of hope and told me the necessary process to get into their detox program and helped me. While th... read more

Stayed four days. It was alright, the techs and nurses treated me well. They were kind and compassionate. Met with doctor everyday i was there, she was nice but did not spend more than 20 minutes each time. Only spoke to my therapist and case manager once each. Main problem was the poor quality of group therapy. Twice a day was really only completing a work sheet. Lots of free time which is only movies,tv, or card games. Food was passable. Is this the best facility? Probably not, but Dont worry about sending your loved ... read more

I gave this a 3 star. I was here last year and I agree, there has been a HUGE difference. Even though I figured out a few of the things going on. First of all, the reason it takes so long to get in is because they have a lot of paper work to process. They have the intake, then the search, then the waiting for the bed etc. It's not a one, two, three process. Have some patience. I agree, the homeless issue has got out of hand. I also had a few of them asking me if they could live with me. No can do. There must be another place... read more

I had a friend who was sent from a hospital emergency room for meth abuse to Seven Hills Hospital. I found the staff to be courteous and helpful. My friend has graduated and is continuing outpatient therapy to help curb his addictive nature. I am grateful to Seven Hills Hospital for their assistance. It is so much cleaner and nicer than the other facility I visited by buddy in. They did a good job and I am thankful to have this "nicer" option in Vegas now.

i was forced to listen to weezer. other than that it sucked. some kid was being rude and no staff talked to him about it. plus, the children's ward got split into two groups and we were forced to go into the adult section because there were too many of us for them to handle. got yelled at by staff and multiple patients were incredibly upset because yeah obviously.
