The lady I was dealing with was fantastic Shannon Rickett but your prices were ridiculous. An alternator 721.00, can buy one under 200.Battery 258 put in 89. Will NEVER take my vehicle back to KIA

I was told I needed a new engine filter, I was never shown the old filter, and I should have asked to see it. When I went home I looked at my last oil change invoice and I was charged for an engine filter at that time as well. As far as I know, after checking online and with my brother and husband, an engine filter can go as long as 24,000 km… unless being in a very dusty environment. Service was superb . I made an error and forgot to tell service that I my Seltos takes regular oil not synthetic but I found out it doesn’t matter except for the cost is greater! All else was excellent. New service lady Shannon was very attentive and great smile! . JvH
