Easy process setting up an appointment for an oil change. Staff is always so helpful! Car was ready earlier and they always call to let me know when it’s ready for pick up. Service is easy and accommodating which helps me as I don’t live close to a dealership

My service gentleman was so helpful and friendly made me feel very comfortable. And I was in and out within a hour. He was the only person that asked me if I wanted my vehicle washed. Such a very nice gentleman.

I went into Sherwood Kia after talking to the Service girl Tanya and she got me an appointment to get my Kia Soul an inspection for my Insurance! Melvin Senke, the mechanic went through my vehicle and discovered my LF OUTER TIE ROD need to removed and replaced with new! He and the Advisor Laurie, came straight to me and explain everything and I told them to go ahead, get it done. I have always trusted and admire my Sherwood Park Kia to take care of my baby! Another Koodos to the Kia team!
