I was in a bind and Ship Your Car Now came to my rescue. I had a confirmed booking with another car transport company and they failed to perform. I had only one day to find an alternate company. JD Klein of Ship Your Car Now answered my desperate call. He put my mind at ease by arranging pick-up of my car the next morning and facilitated shipping it to Hawaii in a timely manner. I received my vehicle in good order and am grateful for the outstanding service from Ship Your Car Now, LLC.

The company was so attentive to my need They were very professional The livery driver went over my car with a fine tooth comb before he even loaded it It was a fantastic experience I was moving from Ohio to Los Angeles, and they parked my car in my space for me Amazing service

Careful! This company will give you a good quote, agree to a quick delivery and get you to sign and pay. Then, they will NO SHOW WITH NO CONTACT TO YOU. When we called, they claimed mechanical issues and then made no further attempt to pick up the time sensitive vehicle. When we called to cancel because they did not pick up the vehicle, they would not refund our money. Their contract says no refunds due to mechanical issues, and the **** WAS COMPLETE. I don't believe they had any mechanical issues nor any intention to get th... read more

Everything went smooth, until it did not. **** ******** handled my booking and apparently handed it over to his ***** ***** ********* (avoid working with this person at all costs). After sending off my vehicle, I followed up repeatedly with both **** and ***** to check on the delivery status; **** would reply, asking ***** for an update, and no response. Do your self a favor dont ever make the mistake I made dont use this company I still dont know where my car is every month I get an email saying my car delivery date has been change to the next month it went from march to april to may now they saying **** dont make the mistake I made !!!!!

Clearly new car got a paintless dent. Driver said he walked around and took pics to upload. They stopped my car off in a dirt median and car was filthy. I didnt care about that. Ten minutes later went to wash it. Say a paintless dent. Called dealer. Their photos showed no dent. Magically only one bad angle photo from their driver was provided and blames me for not taking enough photos. I assumed the drivers photos was fine but then just one poor angle. So now Im fixing a dent they caused.
