Sierra Tucson changed my life. as a first responder (law enforcement) I had no interest in being here my first week. after my first week is when the work really started working for me. the person I was when I first got there is not the person who returned home. I was part of the Red , White & Blue program. It was the most transformative, healing and perfectly aligned experience for me. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of help, for me it was life changing. The staff is amazing. I believe this was by far the best option for me.

The staff there really care about your well-being and will customize your experience based on your specific needs. For military and law enforcement, both active and retired there is a red, white, and blue program which provides a greater sense of comraderie amongst those with similar backgrounds. It is a wonderful program and the VA will cover the cost of treatment in many cases. I really gained some amazing skills and learned to finally love myself and truly be happy. Megan and Oscar were my safe space as my nurses and I was truly blessed to have such compassionate and understanding people in my corner. The nurses were instrumental in this process as well as the doctors and therapists.

This place is by far the best rehab I have ever been to. Hence why it was rated #1 rehab in Arizona in 2023. All their therapists do have their bachelors or masters in social work and the therapists here are experienced. The staff has all been respectful and are willing to help to the best of their ability. The food is delicious but I would suggest maybe lighter meals during lunch (maybe even sandwich bar for people who don't want a heavy lunch). I will never forget my time spent at Sierra Tucson. I am 8 years sober this month, and my 28 days spent at Sierra Tucson 8 years ago among some of the most caring counselors truly changed my life and helped me gain the kick start I needed to get my life in order. Michael is an incredible counselor and sound healer- he saw and recognized something I could not even see within myself. Best rehab they saved my life! I've been clean off drugs for 4 plus years if you embrace this then it will help you! If you're not ready for help then don't go to rehab.
