I'll first start off by saying Sierra Tucson is a life changing experience. Sierra Tucson will change your life for the better, ultimately setting you up for a successful, more meaningful, more appreciative mindset when you return to "normal life". You will benefit on numerous dimensions. Best rehab they saved my life! I've been clean off drugs for 4 plus years if you embrace this then it will help you! If you're not ready for help then don't go to rehab.

Business response:

Thank you for this generous feedback and for taking the time to share your sentiments! Sierra Tucson stands true to its goal of being an industry leader by providing superior care in an atmosphere of compassion, dignity, and respect.

Just wanted to add that I went here under insurance payments and had a wonderful time. Excellent treatment team that has goodness knows how much experience under their belts. Really, the only sad thing was that I had to leave once insurance stopped paying.

As a law enforcement officer who struggled with alcohol, it was hard to admit I needed help. I did some research and found that Sierra Tucson had a Red, White, and Blue program. This program tailors to those in law enforcement, the military, veterans, and first responders. This program made a HUGE difference in my recovery journey. Being in a group that understands what it is like to be a first responder and the trauma that comes along with it was amazing. Bill Reynolds, who runs the program, is nothing short of incredi... read more

Are they direct? YES! Are they caring? YES! Do people relax and lash out and return after writing bad reviews (I am most definitely not speaking of myself) Yes! BUT (a word the word we are not supposed to use) I would and will go back whenever I want or need to. I currently don't want to go back because I am grieving and need help and don't know where to turn to and know my therapist will help if I call because they know, that every patient, wishes they never had to be a patient, but life's journey took me there and at least... read more

Like many other rehabs, this place either gets highly-positive or highly-negative reviews on Yelp. It is what it is. I recently spent a month there and I had a highly positive experience. I found the staff to be very caring. The food is good. The grounds and mountain views are stunningly gorgeous. The desert sun is good for one's spirit and happiness. Most residents I knew paid approximately $5,000 out of pocket for a month of treatment before insurance kicked in. When you look at this on a per-day basis ($166) and factor... read more

Sierra Tucson literally saved my life.... they took excellent care of me and all of my peers, the staff really truly cared.... the accommodations were very nice and they fed us very well. I was there for trauma & situational depression recovery so that is the program that I can speak for. I made lifelong friends in my process group and have never felt stronger. You will definitely come across folks going through way difficult mental health and/or addiction type issues, but the staff is very compassionate and dealt with th... read more
