I have been playing and staying at the Row (of which Silver Legacy is a part) since 2009. Given that I only live 10 blocks away, I would "bet" that out of 365 days a year I "visit" there like 300 days a year. Not just because it is close, but I just like the whole atmosphere there better than any other casino in Reno And I have had my share of luck there. Great stay, rooms were clean and maid service prompt and thorough. I realize we have a pandemic, but I was not happy about being charged a daily resort fee when the hot tub jacuzzi Jets did not work and the hot tub itself was bath water warm. I had hoped to utilize the steam sauna and whirlpool in the spa only to find out the spa was closed Monday through Wednesday. I went down stairs in the morning to retrieve my players card when the rewards desk was opened to a sign that said, "stepped away, be back shortly ". I ... read more
