Very Good Carpets were a dirty. Air ventilation seems need to be cleaned out or needed a new air filter. Nose and allergies were kicking in. Same as my kids and other family members. Spacing in the bathroom but doable. Microwave would be nice for left over food to heat up. Just little nick nacks here and there. It was convenience for my family and I to go downstairs if we were hungry, or to go to different areas in within the location. Staff was helpful and nice.

Provided all that we needed for an excellent price. Wide variety of restaurants that all were very high priced. Corner room with two windows provided an excellent view of both the city and the mountains. Two very comfortable chairs provided an excellent way to view the TV. The pillows on the bed were just great.

Front desk staff were personable and friendly. Bellhop service was very efficient loading and unloading the cart. Rooms were clean and bright. Bathroom was spacious.

Exceptional I had nothing negative to say about this hotel. The ability to upgrade to a Penthouse Suite. The room was phenomenal with breathtaking views of downtown. The room was very clean and classic looking. The bed was very comfortable and roomy. Room Service was excellent also.
