The best casino hotel I ever stayed in. Finding the parking. Booking should include instructions. Everything! It was spotlessly clean throughout, all the staff were wonderful and everything I needed was right there.

Good Advertised as hotel choice but said king bed. A king bed was not available. We had to get 2 queens. The queen bed dipped in the ceneter...so a couple could not sleep well without rolling down into the center. It was clean. The shower was large. Good value.

Expensive. The prices of everything. Wife and I got hamburgers, fries, and drink, it came out to $60. Everything was priced too high. It's fine but the prices are getting out of hand. We have slowed down our Reno visits because it's getting priced too high. We already stopped Vegas because of the same thing, and we really don't miss it, we have discovered other less expensive things that satisfy just the same.

Wonderful N/A Easy access to Renown Hospital
Exceptional Everyone helpful efficient and quick to please
Fabulous room, great price, loved it Only downside is dealing with a parking garage. Really nice large comfortable room with a view of Reno from the 21st story. Two comfy chairs, desk, very nice bathroom. Check-in at the kiosk was a breeze and worked with booking.com reservation number. On site restaurants in casino area very convenient and tasty food at reasonable prices. And all this for a very reasonable price!
