Good Resort fees are almost the cost of the room!!! We didn't use anything, yet paid over $40!!! Ripoff is what it is. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Everything’s great aside from the room service. They should provide guest request. No room service. We request twice. First, Room sleepers. They say they can’t provide. Second, room service asking for hot water and same. Unable to provide. Clean, friendly staff, and restaurants inside the hotel

Pleasant as Usual The bed seemed to be 'broken down' on one side so you had to sleep in the middle or other side by the wall which was not ideal. The room did not have option to have the fan run constantly so it was a bit too warm all the time. The room was clean, inviting with a great view of the pool area.
