Reno Silverado Review July 2026 The AC in our room constantly ran and we were unable to set the thermostat so it would turn on and off. We requested maintenance to look at it and they came quickly but told us that was how the AC worked. So we just shut it off at night prior to sleep. The staff was excellent as they responded quickly with our request for extra pillows and plastic laundry bags. The daily cleaning of our room was very good..

The staff did an excellent job of making us feel welcome and were very helpful with any of our requests. The mattress was a little too firm for my taste. The location was very good, in downtown.

Exceptional Great location in the middle of town. Easy access to other shops. Everything in walking distance. Internet was great too.
