I would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a home that doesn't share walls. The entire staff that I have worked with definitely exceeded expectations I lived in my previous home 40 years and this was all very new to me. Breanne and Joe were awesome.

Our experience purchasing a home from Smith Douglas Homes was great. The sales agent and construction manager were very professional and courteous and they addressed our issues on a timely basis. The sales agent did a great job of keeping us informed regarding the progress of construction.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The process was simple and easy from start to finish. We were always kept in the loop as to what was going on with the building process. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new home!
