With the deal of the percentage rate and closing costs covered, that makes it very highly to recommend, but that away. The siding is great, but the quality of the rest is just ok.
I like being able to watch the progress in the portal and overall the process was easy and clear. Also our Construction Manager Stan was amazing to work with.
We would’ve liked to have a call about the shower tile being changed from white with black veins to tan with blue veins. We appreciated the call win the back deck will have to be shortened from to 10 feet.
