Whole Team Awesome!
I believed the houses or made well. I feel like the company will make things right if needed. But…we’ve had several issues that have taken multiple steps to resolve and multiple subs to work with and they not do a very good job and having to redo it. It’s made it more difficult and complicated.
Construction was my main concern and they performed the job exceedingly well.

What a wonderful experience! Kyle was extremely helpful and worked very closely with our realtor and loan officer to make the whole process seamless.
The employee including Mr. Chad (contractor) and Mr. Terrance (Realitor) were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely kind when dealing with my concerns and issues.
House is beautiful and your people are responsive and helpful

The sales/building specialist, Patty, was very helpful throughout the entire experience and made the process less stressful. She checked in with me, giving me updates and making sure the decisions I made were choices I wanted. I wasn't pressured into making any decision. For example, if there was another home being built that had the flooring I was interested in, she took me there to look at it to make sure it was what I wanted.
