We have only been in our new home for a little over a month and have already needed multiple contractors to return for repairs involving flooring, cabinets, carpet, windows, roofing, landscaping, pest control, and carpentry work. They need to focus more on quality instead of quantity.
Good sales experience with Jeanette Westmoreland, informative but not pushy. Also very good after-sales experience with Kathy, who was thorough in showing us all the features of the SD home.
Overall, we have had a good experience working with the SDH team.
I like the house they built for me. It's great work for the price I paid. To the best I can tell, they do things right. In the long term, that's critical.
