The whole experience was really good. Sherry, who I worked with, was very helpful and answered all my questions.
SDH was always responsive. In most areas, the house was as shown and ordered. There were a couple items that could have been more quality workmanship. I am satisfied with the house.
Builder team, yes would recommend but office team I would not recommend
I was buying from out of state and I was kept up to date on each and every step.

I think what made it easier for me was the listing agent - kevin and my agent - judy. Both were very understanding and patient with me in making some decisions as this is my first house. They made me feel comfortable and my kids love it. I appreciate them.
Process was easy and the builder was very communicative throughout the whole prcess
I would definitely recommend Sallie, Ian and Devin to future prospective buyers as I already have. We are satisfied with our purchase!
