I purchased a spec home that was thoughtfully appointed with some upgraded features without being too over the top which made it the perfect balance of custom and affordable. They were very efficient, and the homes were very well-built. They were very pleasant and great people to work with.
The team of people involved with every step in the process were amazing. Kind, polite, informed, professional and communicated well with me as well as each other.

Smith Douglas Homes provided great customer service, fast responses, they took the time to explain everything I didn't understand. It was a great experience altogether.
Sales guy was amazing, team did not correct items on final punch, will be sending in for warranty work, pvc flooring has hole in it from what appears to be from a screw driver bit impact, shower drain does not line up in the pan (offset), pvc flooring is starting to come up on the edges. I was told not to fill this out until the supervisor could get these items corrected however I have not heard from him, do not even know the colors used for the walls, ceilings, trims or cabinets.
