Quality homes, professional staff
I would like the houses not built so close together. My daughter’s SD home in Kannapolis has a good 8ft between their house as do all the other homes in her neighborhood. It’s just one thing we had to come to terms with when we bought in this development.
They are the best, and most honest people I have ever met.
I’ve noticed that the contractor when pouring concrete foundation for a house, did not use concrete vibrator which will consolidate the concrete and have stronger concrete foundation. I’m not sure if they used curing compound to cure concrete after it initial setting. That ‘s would reduse cracks in concrete.
Workmanship is average. Management seems intimidating to employees and puts profit over customer satisfaction.
Have all this issues from the homeowner orientation completed for closing or at least make an effort to have them done. If not have dates for completion
