The backyard is kind of small. It is not family-friendly, but the neighborhood is.
I think people have to make their own choices about something big like a home so I probably wouldn't make a recommendation about any company.
The representative was knowledgeable and very helpful. She/he was able to answer all of my questions, day or night.
