It was difficult to get documents from them. There are some things like the paint cracking, and I am seeing little holes in the paint, and a line in the ceiling beam.
We are in love with our new home, everything we chose to put into our home has exceeded our expectations!
The reason I would recommend Smith and Douglas is for a few reasons, but mainly because how easy it was to work with Eric and Grant. The service is excellent and the quality of the build is superb.
Smith Douglas Homes - Houston was easy to work with, had an honest approach to moving from out of state, and they did everything they said they were going to do.
For someone needing a good first home or a quick move in, I would highly recommend.
The home we purchased is very comfortable for us. The like the fact that all of downstairs is handicap accessible.
