I was impressed with my total experience at SOTA. The staff were professional, courteous and kind. The weight loss plan generated for me was compelling and I took the plunge. I'm highly confident I will be able to complete the program and achieve my weight loss goal given the weekly weigh ins and the accountability that comes with that.

SOTA was amazing! I dropped almost 55 lbs in 3 months. The support staff was always accessible over texts and phone, so supportive. It’s been 3 months since going on maintenance and the lbs have stayed off. If you are willing to commit, SOTA will work!
