Sota is a strong foundation, no judgement, which helped me be honest with myself and my food habits. And now has completely changed the projection of not only my LIFE, but my whole family! Awesome!
Staff is always happy, and professional. They're very knowledgeable and want you to succeed. Will help you any way they can to help you succeed. They've never said it, but this has to be a Christian organization. This is an outstanding program.

I'm enjoying the experience. The entire team is supportive, fun and knowledgeable ... and motivational. One of the teammembers, however, can brush up on customer service skills. She's not always pleasant in her interactions with me, and she rushes.
