I lost 40 lbs initially with SOTA, but it is the sustainability of the lifestyle changes you learn, and access long after the initial loss to be coached to keep you on path (especially after the holidays) that has impresses my most on this program over a year into it.
Helping me achieve my target weight and lose unwanted pounds went great. The coaches were super and affirming. Maintenance has been more of a challenge and I could use more guidance or consistenct in counsel. Kinda feel abandoned. But overall, I am pleased with the results. Just trying to encourage my wife to see her reach her target weight and maintenance.
