I’ve been in maintenance for over 2 years…,still holding my weight at the target.
The Employees are so nice
I started with S.O.T.A. the last week of August. I lost a total of 55 lbs between then and Thanksgiving. Between Thanksgiving and now I have mostly been using their recipes and maintaining. I am back to losing starting this week (Feb 22) and I am on my own. I am a double amputee so this has been just the diet program with little exercise. My goal.... to lose enough weight to get prosthetics. All of them here at Fort Worth have been fabulous.
The staff is knowledgeable and motivating. It has been an excellent experience.

The women I talked to was amazing. Unfortunately, I’m not able to do the program because it is to expensive for my budget.
Sota is a strong foundation, no judgement, which helped me be honest with myself and my food habits. And now has completely changed the projection of not only my LIFE, but my whole family! Awesome!
Staff is always happy, and professional. They're very knowledgeable and want you to succeed. Will help you any way they can to help you succeed. They've never said it, but this has to be a Christian organization. This is an outstanding program.
