Helping me achieve my target weight and lose unwanted pounds went great. The coaches were super and affirming. Maintenance has been more of a challenge and I could use more guidance or consistenct in counsel. Kinda feel abandoned. But overall, I am pleased with the results. Just trying to encourage my wife to see her reach her target weight and maintenance.

Just getting started but I am motivated by the information provided and the daily check-ins with staff via text message to answer the questions that have popped up as I learn the program. I was a bit hungry the first two days but today, Day 4, that has gone away. I am reading through lots of recipes on the website and trying new vegetable prep - can see with the amount of vegetables that are now in my life, variety will be important! So far going well!

This was probably my fault. I came in at the end of the day on the eve of New Years Eve. I received a lot of information very quickly, paid, and was given a packet that was very quickly reviewed. Too much info all at once because they were about to close. The journal did not match what I should be using (found out 4 days later). Strongly suggest you hand out amended daily journals for first-time users. Also suggest sample daily menus..this would have been a great help while the office was shut down.
I’ve been in maintenance for over 2 years and am having no trouble keeping my weight within a couple of pounds of my target…even through the holiday season. I have been very pleased with SOTA!
I’ve been on SOTA for 4 days and it’s going very well. I already feel much better physically and mentally!
I live in Utah, so I was totally dependent on phone calls and texting. Everything so far has been really positive.
