I’ve had good days and better days! Feel like I’m on tract, all going great, the staff goes out of there way too work with my progress, and have helpful suggestions all the time! All an all could not be more satisfied!
The staff all were very friendly and helpful
SOTA has made the difference! I am down almost 45 lbs in 7 weeks. It sounds cliche, by my energy levels are way up! I sleep so much better and I just overall feel amazing! I’d say it’s easy, and truthfully it is, but you’ve got to want it If you commit and follow the plan you will see incredible results. My kids say they almost don’t recognize me. Thanks SOTA!

I am about 8.5 lbs from my goal. The plan has been easy to follow. I am loving myself again!
I was able to lose 25 pounds following the SOTA program. It works! The counselors are so friendly and understanding. I have tried other programs and they did not work. If you want to lose weight and have a healthier lifestyle, try them. I highly recommend
