Great experience, the most encouraging group. Even on bad weeks they find a way to get you back on track.
Sota showed me what I had thought was impossible. To not only loose weight but to loose the fat! It practically melted off my body like never before. And now in maintenance, my body fat is still dropping and I foresee a whole new demention as to what is possible! I love sota and everything about this company!
