I have been in maintenance for almost two years. With the help and encouragement of the SATO staff, I have been able to stabilize my weight and enjoy life to its fullest.
This is the first time I’ve ever kept my weight off for even this long!!! My husband keeps telling me , “you’ve got this honey-it’s the new you”!!!!
1. You were not clear on what it would take to qualify for the maintenance program. I thought it was an "ideal weight", which I agreed to. Midway through the program you started making noise about "body mass", which I have no idea how to calculate or monitor. The target you set for body mass is unreasonable. 2. I have been impressed from my first meeting as the weight loss journey began. The SOTA team has been encouraging as well as patient with my multiple questions. I still have a way to go but 21 pounds of weight loss in first four weeks keeps you motivated.
