SOTA has made the difference! I am down almost 45 lbs in 7 weeks. It sounds cliche, by my energy levels are way up! I sleep so much better and I just overall feel amazing! I’d say it’s easy, and truthfully it is, but you’ve got to want it If you commit and follow the plan you will see incredible results. My kids say they almost don’t recognize me. Thanks SOTA!
