This has been an amazing weight loss journey. SOTA has been a perfect fit for me and has destroyed my fat mass. I am 15 weeks in and down more than 4 pounds a week. I am thrilled with the progress and grateful for the support. Looking forward to hitting my goal within the next 4-6 weeks!

I’m a few days away from the end of my 29 week program I am 8 pounds below my goal and 2.8 pounds away from SOTA’s goal. I have gotten so many compliments lately and questions as to what I am doing! I’m 37 pounds down!! I am a happy camper and have definitely learned some skills moving g forward to keep me at this new level!! So happy!!
