We took our Golden Retriever to see Dr. Ko due to back end weakness. He and his staff took time to talk with us and listened to what we had to say. He did a thorough exam and explained his findings with us. There was not a feeling of being rushed, and he genuinely cares about his patients and their families. He is a wonderful example of what a doctor who is sincere and compassionate should be.
First experience at an emergency vet. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Super professional, responded to urgent needs very respectfully and caring during tragic time for us. Thank you! Have had to take 2 of my pets in once my dog who needed stitches and today my cat who had a ruptured anal gland. The staff is always amazing and the pricing is not as bad as expected with an emergency vet.

Our 11-year old Himalayan wasn't adjusting well to the cross-country move and the new vet recommended Powers Pet Emergency since she needed a lot of help quickly. Turns out she likely had cancer and the symptoms were probably accelerated by the move. We made the decision to end her suffering and the entire of staff was very kind as we worked through the decision making process and the actual process itself. Their very supportive attitude made the painful experience much easier than it might have been.
