RecommendedWe had to bring our 13 year old lab, Halo, here due to severe seizures. The staff was extremely compassionate and caring. Unfortunately, we had to put our lab down but the vet and staff here gave us all the time we needed to contact my husband (who was out of the country) and son (who lives in another state) to make sure they knew what was going on. Very kind compassionate staff, including the doctor.
Last week we lost our beloved dog Rascal due to a supposed veterinatian who did not advise us properly on a rattlesnake bite ("he has the vaccination, he will be okay"). Off to a new vet but we can't get in for a month, understandable. Using Powers Pet Eemergency as a stopgap and yesterday our pup Caleb ate something floating in the air and had some throat irritation. The doctor and staff were really good with my little dog Gracie I was there alone really long period of time but I understand that they have more important cases to deal with overall it was a good experience except for how long I was there but ���that's what you have to expect thank you to the doctor and staff���
I had to bring my kitty Versace in for his eye on Sunday 6/18. Staff was helpful, Dr Barbara Rose was fantastic!!! Very friendly and helpful! Kept me at ease with my cats condition. I would definitely recommend Dr Rose! Thank you for the great service!
Amazing care! Our husky puppy ate a sock � in less than 9 minutes from hitting their door the sock was out! Very caring and attentive to the emergency! Only positive things to say about all the staff and their knowledge!
We took our Terrier Rick on a Sunday afternoon his eyes swollen shut, bloodshot and itching. The entire staff was wonderful, Dr. Korte told us that Rick likely had allergies, news to me, his diagnosis was spot on, his concern for Rick and Rick's parents was wonderful. It is reassuring that a treatment facility like this is available 24/7, thanks to everyone at Powers Pet Emergency.
