Sophia is one of our Whippets. I brought her in with a spin, disc issue. I could have easily walked out with a very large bill from a MRI and surgery, but instead, I walked out with an appointment for physical therapy. Now if this was a money hungry establishment, I am sure this would not have been the outcome. This place was amazing!!! They helped my family in so many ways. Our poor little girls eye was out of the socket and they saved it and got it back in. They were very caring not only about her but about my family!!! Thank you all for a wonderful job!!!
Hard to criticize when they saved my boy. He came in very very sick and they had him well cared for and home with us that night. The staff was very caring and helpful. The only issue I had was that the place is kind of like a prison with cameras everywhere and key cards to open all the doors. It may be justified but it creeped me out a little bit.
My dog, Luna, had a small bone that got stuck around her lower jaw! The check in staff brought her back before I had even finished the paperwork! They could see she was in pain. They were able to get the bone off within 10 minutes! A big Thank You!
I could not of expected how caring they would be when we rushed our baby to them. Thank you again for everything you guys did to help us get through.
