If I could give 8,000 stars I would. We appreciate all the vets and all the staff at Powers who helped save my dog. We had been to two different places before rushing to powers and the staff here was the only place who took our concerns seriously. The other two places threw antibiotics at us and didn’t listen or seem to care about our dogs issues and as it turned out our dog has EPI. Recently, our 9 year old Chocolate Lab, Roper, went to see Dr Ko for paralysis in his right hind leg. The entire Powers Vet team was amazing. They helped him get from the parking lot to the exam room. Dr Ko's knowledge and bedside manner were outstanding. He explained Roper's issues and took all the time we needed to answer our questions. Dr Ko made us feel comfortable and confident that we were in the right place for Roper. We sincerely recommend Dr Ko and the Powers Vet Emergency Team.

I lost my cat yesterday, and I was completely devastated by it. She would’ve been 9 yrs old next month. Even though we are quarantined one of the vet techs went out of her way to console me. She took me through the back so I could see her and say my goodbyes. It was one of the toughest days that I’ve had in a really long time, but she made it just a little bit easier to get through. Thank you Shelby for your compassion! I will never forget it!
The staff was so nice. Even though we were outside in our cars waiting they keep us informed. And they all have lots of love to our little pug ❤
