My Doxie is presently still at the center awaiting treatment. Dr. Ko has already been amazing. He's a delight, informative, knowledgeable, and very communitive. Even with his busy schedule and having Jax as an on-call ER visit, he has taken time for updates and communication. I really feel my furchilds needs are being met with him and the whole staff treating him with the utmost importance. I know my family member is in good hands. Thanks Dr Ko and Powers Pet staff!

I don't normally do this but after thinking about it for 3 1/2 years I decided to go ahead and get it over with...i had a 13 yr old maltese/chihuahua...when I came home it looked like a massacre had happened in my kitchen, he had piddled blood literally everywhere. He was taken in and we were told he had a mass in his bladder, take him home say goodbye and bring him back to pts or take to our vet to pts, we were devastated and $300-$350 for that (can't remember exactly)...the next morning we took him to the vet down the r... read more

I cannot express what an incredible Doctor, Dr. Ko is and how much he and his amazing team helped me and my sweet Millie during an extremely sad time. Dr. Ko and his team were kind, considerate, and helpful. My dear Millie was very sick and Dr. Ko walked us both through the diagnosis you never want to hear. Dr. Ko sat on the floor with Millie and she just loved him so much. I brought my dog, Alex, in not really knowing what was wrong with him. He was lethargic, not eating, and not drinking. I was terribly upset and had a hard time explaining his symptoms. Each person I encountered from the front desk to the doctor were patient and caring with me. After many tests and two nights in the hospital unfortunately, the vet and I had a talk about our options and it was decided that the best thing would be to put Alex to sleep. I went it on June 19tg due to severe vomiting and lethargy. We did have a but of a wait as some animals came in literally dying, so I wasn't upset. Also the receptionist in the phone told me there would be a wait when I called so that was no problem for me. My baby did end up vomiting in the lobby and they rushed her into a room just to make sure everyone would be safe! The tech came in, Cassidy, and was very good with my girl. Our dog, Apple, had herniated discs in her back. Dr Ko did back surgery on her, and her recovery has been amazing!! The staff took wonderful care of Apple!! We can't thank them enough for the exceptional job they did with her!!
