I can't thank enough for taking such good care of my baby (he is 14, but my youngest! Lol!) My cat JJ. I was grateful to be able to take him in at 2 in the morning. I was a mess, couldn't even fill out forms right! One question was species, I was like whats a species? Lol! The tech was so great and vet was very honest and kept costs to a minimum. They literally saved his life.

Last October my cat Jaspurr broke his hind leg, complete fracture of both bones. I rushed him in as it was 9:00 at night. I carried him in and he was immediately taken by a tech and had pain meds administered. This was before they had even gotten my information. I was taken to a room and was seen by another tech pretty quickly who explained that they were going to do some radiographs and the vet would be with me soon after. After around a half hour or so the vet came in showed me the X-rays and then gave me options. Amputati... read more

Dr. Ko was very kind and patient with my 8 year old golden retriever Cody. I was referred to him as a neurologist by my regular vet . Dr. Ko understood I could not afford an MRI for Cody and he tested him manually by feeling the mobility in his limbs to determine that he had IVDD in his neck. I cannot praise him enough for his skill in diagnosing Cody. I now have Cody in rehab with Dr. Waite at Powers Pet Emergency (who I also highly recommend) and he is slowly improving with a combination of acupuncture and massage.

Powers Pet is top notch in my book. Amazing doctors, amazing staff and they go above and beyond to care for our furry friends. They are caring and compassionate to all people and critters that walk through their doors. They have always cared for my pets in the most professional way even when the news is bad. Great job Powers Pet ER! Love you guys.

If you have a pet emergency do yourself a favor and come straight here!!! I will admit their big beautiful building scared me off at first but I ended up having to come here. I originally took my pup to a local (Falcon) vet who charged me a ton and did nothing for my dog. I transferred my dog here and received 1000x better care and saved thousands of dollars! Their entire staff from front desk, vet techs and the doctors are absolutely amazing. I was called every time anything changed or before they did a thing to my dog. Wh... read more

Sophia is one of our Whippets. I brought her in with a spin, disc issue. I could have easily walked out with a very large bill from a MRI and surgery, but instead, I walked out with an appointment for physical therapy. Now if this was a money hungry establishment, I am sure this would not have been the outcome. Sophia has had her first appointment with PT, everything was explained to me, and I feel Sophia and I can go forward. I am not Veterinarian or a physical therapist, but I will only do what my heart feels is rig... read more
