we came in on a saturday night only knowing our sweet boy wasn't himself. although we waited for a while, we were repeatedly thanked for our patience and when it was our turn it was entirely worth the wait. Erin was wonderful with us, Dr K was attentive and compassionate, and every staff member we encountered kept us updated on each test and why they were doing it until the end. we had to put our boy down and their gentleness and kindness was paramount. i can't recommend them highly enough or thank them enough!

My pup got sick very fast with HGE - an intestinal problem - but powers pet emergency was able to help her and was very patient in the whole process. I was away in Canada at the time, however my parents took great care of her and powers pet emergency was very helpful in keeping me updated throughout the stressful time! Def recommend 👍🏽
Although we didn’t leave with our Milo, this was a great place. We appreciate the care they gave to both Milo & my family.

When I called in they warned me that Sunday's were their busy day. So, we had a wait but it was expected and I appreciate being given the heads up. Set proper expectations. The front desk staff was all wonderful. Once we were taken in to meet the medical team, they couldn't have been nicer. They really took great care of our dog and were pleasant from start to finish.

They took such wonderful care of our sweet Tinkerbell over New Years Eve. Such caring staff, techs and drs. Always caring on the phone when I called for updates since Tinkerbell had to spend the night. I thank the entire staff for everything you did for our precious baby girl. Happy New Year!

My wife and I were so scared at first when our dog Jake required life saving emergency surgery over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We were away from home and were sure that we wouldn't be able to get the help he needed. But then we found Powers Pet Emergency. They were open 24/7 throughout the holidays and treated us and Jake in time to give us the greatest Christmas present of all: more time with our little buddy. This clinic is by far the best in Colorado Springs. Staff are kind, quick & respectful. Not what we planned to have to do at 5am Sunday morning. But, very pleased that we took Foxie into see them. Also, very reasonable priced for it being an emergency. Thank you all for helping our furry child. 😁
