RecommendedAll the Staff, Techs and Veterinarians were so kind and caring. They spent time talking to us about what was going on and what options we had. I will choose them if I ever have another emergency for any of my fur kids.
Just there today with my minpin-chihuahua mix. The staff were so thoughtful and kind. They were so knowledgeable, and spoke to my husband and I in a very respectful manor. Would definitely recommend them to every pet owner that I know!
very caring and attentive staff. they give extra care to my dog and follow up with phone call to see how they are. dr Ko is a hands on doctor. when my pug had an MRI he called me through every step and called on her the next day to see how she was doing. I've taken her in since for emergency visit and staff alway does follow up calls. they were very nice during my visit with my dog and always there to answer any questions.
The staff great very nice very supportive
I had to take my senior cat there over evening. I was absolutely devastated to have to have her put down. They were incredibly kind and supportive.

I took my beloved dog today, he will be 14 in a few months, I was very concerned that he wasn’t eating, he was lethargic, vomiting and had diarrhea. Every single person who I spoke was Amazing, loving and caring, they treated my doggie with love and compassion. I had only be there once before for ultrasound, but today that it was a true emergency i had the opportunity to see how much they care. we came in on a saturday night only knowing our sweet boy wasn't himself. although we waited for a while, we were repeatedly thanked for our patience and when it was our turn it was entirely worth the wait. Erin was wonderful with us, Dr K was attentive and compassionate, and every staff member we encountered kept us updated on each test and why they were doing it until the end. we had to put our boy down and their gentleness and kindness was paramount. i can't recommend them highly enough or thank them enough!
