RecommendedOur 4 year old mini doxie, Bunker, had a severe spinal injury over the Labor Day Weekend. We rushed him to Powers Pet Emergency, the ER teamed, led by Dr Parell did an awesome job of triage and neurological team of Summer, Rachel, Ted and Dr Ko had him into surgery the next morning. We expected Bunker to remain in the hospital for an extended recovery, but he was released 2 days early with a great prognosis for a full recovery. Our 8 year old GSD bloated the other night. Kim Tedeschi, DVM and the staff got her right away. She came in explained the process and told us her outlook looked really good. said so few walk in on their own with this. they did surgery within a hour or so and got her un twisted and tacked so unlikely to twist again. They kept us in the loop as she finished and the next days on her progress. She is home recovering wonderfully.
All the Staff, Techs and Veterinarians were so kind and caring. They spent time talking to us about what was going on and what options we had. I will choose them if I ever have another emergency for any of my fur kids.
Just there today with my minpin-chihuahua mix. The staff were so thoughtful and kind. They were so knowledgeable, and spoke to my husband and I in a very respectful manor. Would definitely recommend them to every pet owner that I know!
very caring and attentive staff. they give extra care to my dog and follow up with phone call to see how they are. dr Ko is a hands on doctor. when my pug had an MRI he called me through every step and called on her the next day to see how she was doing. I've taken her in since for emergency visit and staff alway does follow up calls. they were very nice during my visit with my dog and always there to answer any questions.
The staff great very nice very supportive
I had to take my senior cat there over evening. I was absolutely devastated to have to have her put down. They were incredibly kind and supportive.

I took my beloved dog today, he will be 14 in a few months, I was very concerned that he wasn’t eating, he was lethargic, vomiting and had diarrhea. Every single person who I spoke was Amazing, loving and caring, they treated my doggie with love and compassion. I had only be there once before for ultrasound, but today that it was a true emergency i had the opportunity to see how much they care.
