I was calling around for prices and the name caught my attention. The name fits well because after I got my quote my stressed was relieved. I did a same day service made an appt for 8:30 am and picked car back up by 2pm. Each person I spoke with in person and over the phone actually listen to my concerns and actually answered all my questions. Their process of showing you video and pictures was greatly appreciated. We do business in the future as needed.
Update to my previous reviews: Received message from their G Manager Omar, and he provided explanation and apology about the "no response", which is positive anyway.
I was able to schedule my oil change online. They provided a complimentary vehicle inspection with pictures. Letting you know what's urgent. They send the vehicle inspection via email. Excellent service, friendly and helpful
The service was excellent and salespeople took to explain what was going on and what I needed it then they take pictures it is definitely stress-free

You were kind and understanding- diagnosed the issue, helped me with transportation, kept me posted as the work went on and brought my attention to something you were able to take care of it. Transparent in what they do, how they charge, and are efficient in getting serviced done
Came in on a Sunday with engine turning issues requesting a diagnostic. Associate said they don't do diagnostics on Sundays, but since he was pretty sure it was a battery issue he would be able to complete. Completed a full diagnostic for me, was able to replace battery, and had car back by 1pm on Monday
Very thorough shop. They can give you a complete diagnosis on everything that needs to be maintained on your car. They installed brakes and rotors on my car. Very professional and helpful. Thank you.
Performed the maintenance I requested in a timely manner. They also informed me of several other issues with the car. It's an older car so I'm just taking care of the important stuff.
