3 years ago I had my transmission rebuilt at Fremont Ford, or so I thought. They were telling me the stall and clunking noise was turbo lag. Well it wasn't! Came here for a basic front tire change, which they did a good job with, but when I went to pick up the car it was giving a hybrid battery error and wouldn't start. They drove it into their garage and then claimed the hybrid battery broke while working on the tires. The guys at Stress-Free couldn't figure it out and made me tow it to another repair shop. Mark, We appreciate your feedback but must clarify that replacing front tires has absolutely no relevance to nor any possibility of affecting a hybrid battery fuse or switch. You've mentioned to us before that you sometimes perform your own vehicle repairs, and during your visit when your car wouldn't start, you personally removed and reattached the air intake hose. Edit: Hi Eunice I mentioned no information about myself or my car. I made an appointment to take my car in for engine issues. They have a $240 diagnostic (which you can get for half off with code "'MYCAR") so I opted for that thinking that someone might actually put some thought into the process but I was wrong. What I got was a scan that I can get for free at any Autozone and a visual inspection that is basically useless. Didn't check any fluids, didn't even inspect the engine. I took my vehicle to stress-free Auto Care on September 15th and I picked up the vehicle on September 18th. And the work that was done on my car was horrible. I took my Audi Q7 down to stress-free Auto to have my fuel injections changed to still continue to have the same problem. They didn't refill the oil. They didn't do anything they were supposed to do. Besides, try to keep overcharging me and finding something new to charge me for when all I asked you to do was to fix my car under the hood and anything pertained to that issue with the gas line.
