I made an appointment to take my car in for engine issues. They have a $240 diagnostic (which you can get for half off with code "'MYCAR") so I opted for that thinking that someone might actually put some thought into the process but I was wrong. What I got was a scan that I can get for free at any Autozone and a visual inspection that is basically useless. Didn't check any fluids, didn't even inspect the engine. I took my vehicle to stress-free Auto Care on September 15th and I picked up the vehicle on September 18th. And the work that was done on my car was horrible. I took my Audi Q7 down to stress-free Auto to have my fuel injections changed to still continue to have the same problem. They didn't refill the oil. They didn't do anything they were supposed to do. Besides, try to keep overcharging me and finding something new to charge me for when all I asked you to do was to fix my car under the hood and anything pertained to that issue with the gas line. 7/11/25 - I'm editing my review because it took me almost 3 months to realize that a component of my service wasn't tended to. I was told the multi-point inspection which highlights the health of your vehicle would inform myself and the technician on what was needed moving forward. I needed a service for my 2019 Mercedes Benz GLC 300. I didn't want to pay any unnecessary fees so I highlighted having an oil change and just checking everything ie: fluids, tires, etc.. Updated review. They did what they could do. Very pleasant staff (much appreciated). But... After spending $250 on diagnosis was told we needed to pay more for a deeper diagnosis and possibly $1500 on a water pump. Had to tow car back home.

I came to this please for thermostat problem. Everybody else quoted me 200 some dollars he said 700 do not if you were women go here because he say any any price out of his mouth because you don't know no better I pay $12 for a thermostat to bolts and 15 minutes to change it he said $700 like I was stupid if you go here he's gonna charge you. Shady shady shady. Spent $3500+ on a vehicle that no longer operates. Omar said it's good to drive. The mechanic was shaking his head and warning me. Thought I was in good hands. Nope! Just a heads-up for anyone planning to bring their vehicle here: The shop will not repair your car unless you purchase the parts directly from them. Even if you already have the parts or can get them at a better price elsewhere, they require that all parts be bought through their shop. Be sure to clarify their policies beforehand so you know what to expect.
