I brought my car in for diagnostic testing - Everyone was so helpful, Brian called me pretty frequently to update me and answer any questions I had. They performed a very thorough diagnostic test that told me every detail regarding my car. ONLY leaving 4 stars because they aren't equipped to fix a head gasket.

So far I found that Darin and the crew were very helpful in diagnosing two separate issues. Resolving one and still needing to address the second. They were courteous and professional.

They were very knowledgeable and honest. I appreciate them being straightforward and having me save my money instead ( any other place would just have taken the money and not cared).

Easily booked an appointment online for my oil change, dropped of my car and received text updates. My car was ready within an hour and it truly was stress-free.

They're open Saturday and Sundays, too! Polite, clean, reasonable pricing, helpful car inspection. They did the work within the amount of time quoted to me, since I had to wait there for it to be done. The lobby is well appointed with coffee and tea, snacks, and a great desk set up with chargers, so I just brought my work computer, plugged in, hooked up WiFi and got a bunch of work done while they changed my oil and rotated my tires. I scanned my vehicle before I dropped it by for a diagnostic check with stress-free. They replied back with exactly what my scan had stated which was Banks one and two were running lean. Shortly after dropping it off, I got my detailed analysis, followed by a link that let me watch the work being done livetime. Thought I was going to end up paying a lot more than I did. 2006 F-150. Went in for B1 service and was in and out in 1hr. They provide live text updates during inspection and Darin gives you honest feedback on what are essential tuning/fixes required. Definitely my new go to place for regular oil changes and fixes. Truly stress free !

The techs here are polite and proficient. I did feel like the secondary issues that I was trying to address were largely ignored, and the hourly rates here are more than double comparable shops in the area. So I'm not sure how stress free it is as an experience. I thought I would check it out due to the reviews I was seeing. I just wasn't all that impressed.

This was as advertised stress completely free I took my car to the Castro Valley shop and they are very honest people, I take my car to the dealer who recommended a ton of stuff stress free explain what needed to happen right away which was maybe 1/2 what the dealer said.
