I needed a pre purchase inspection for the Castro Valley area where the car I was looking to purchase was located. Omar responded first and was very informative communicating through messaging. He honored his price match policy and we scheduled the appt. I met Omar the day of the appointment and he quickly got the truck up on the rack. I received a comprehensive inspection report and he thoroughly walked me through the report. I really appreciated Omar's customer service. I highly recommend his shop! Thank you Omar!

I'd like to share the before and after of my vandalized windshield wiper. Thank you so much for fixing everything so quickly! The response time for the service requested was incredible -- they reached out within 15 minutes of me submitting my project. I dropped my car off on Friday and had it back on Saturday. Honest as quoted - did not try and get other add ons - clean space and car was clean and not greasy close by and did a great job on transmission a while back

Omar and his team are Great. They are fast, reliable, and honest. Unfortunately, there are some other shops to milking the cow. Not at Stress Free Auto Castro Valley.
