We got invitation of repairing from them - but no more feedback after all without any explanation

Honest, Great Communication, problem solving are outstanding. They're OUTSTANDING. Their facilities are Stress-Free atmosphere.

I went to stress free Auto Care too see why my Dodge charger is misfiring.. they diagnosed my car and call me to tell me that they need to look inside the engine which will charge $2000 just to look inside my engine.. I pay them $150 and they said my valve cover gasket was cracked and I took it to a different shop and Castro Valley which they fixed the problem in one day.. stress free auto could not find the problem on my car they tried to rip me off for more money telling me that my motor was bad but my motor was good which... read more

The quality of their service is excellent, and I have nothing to complain about that regard. The staff was quick, efficient, and friendly. The main thing holding this place back is the price. My brother took his car here to replace both of his O2 sensors and was charged more than $1,100. Diagnosis isn't cheap, as they will charge $200-$250 depending on the car's issue. If you're in a hurry these guys are a decent option, but beware of the price.

EXCEPTIONAL Service at a fair price‼ I am so impressed with the customer service and work quality. This team is personable, knowledgeable and without any "hard sell" - the service team does top-notch work. This should be your GO-TO Team as it now is mine for sure‼‼ Addendum: Did I say how exceptional the staff is⁉ I left my water cup there and they took the time to contact me, letting me know. Those darn (Starbucks) cups are darn expensive ‼ Very appreciative of their gracious honesty and support. 5STAR COMPANY

I have a 2007 Prius. The tire alert icon came up on the dash and made me nervous. I brought it to Stree-Free and they lived up to their name. They understood what was needed and everything was explained very clearly to me in a respectful non-condescending manner (I'm an older woman). I knew I had needed tires, so I got those and new sensors and they also checked out a number of things and found a situation with a leaking battery that is quite important that my regular mechanic had missed. Great service. Got answers on the spot, with thorough information. My Fiat was ready in the time they said. Friendly and cordial. Relaxed waiting room. Was offered a ride home.
