I have a 2007 Prius. The tire alert icon came up on the dash and made me nervous. I brought it to Stree-Free and they lived up to their name. They understood what was needed and everything was explained very clearly to me in a respectful non-condescending manner (I'm an older woman). Great service. Got answers on the spot, with thorough information. My Fiat was ready in the time they said. Friendly and cordial. Relaxed waiting room. Was offered a ride home. Service is great and customer service is on point. They got me in right away and fixed my brakes perfectly I don't like having to get my car fixed but a least when I take it to Stress Free, I know the problem will be taken care of

I had a wonderful experience with Stress-Free Auto care. I just moved to this area and needed somewhere to take my sad Subaru. They lived up to their name! The reviews are right - great price for an oil change, tire rotation and free inspection (79.99) . They found some things that needed to be repaired (my car had felt as though it was going to break down at any moment) and sent me pictures of everything they found. This is the worst shop I have ever dealt with . Shortly after I arrived Omar asked me to sign in . Not knowing I had just signed a credit card reader . This was later used to sign a invoice without my knowing . I came in for a simple trans fluid leak . But they did work I never asked for , approve of and without my knowing . Beware! they will try and upsell things you don't need. They recommend a transmission service at 66,000 miles and ford recommend i at 150,000. They also would not let us diagnosis fee to cover a service they recommended. They want to charge 4,000 for something they could not duplicate. Total scam.

I went with this place because of the good reviews. I'm glad I did. So I first took my Nissan truck to another shop for diagnostic check and I didn't believe them. So I brought it to Stress- Free even though it cost more for a diagnostic. They told me what they were going to do and called me every day with an update. I had several issues with my truck. All taken care of. It was stress free

Taking our cars to the dealership for repairs has become to expensive. We have received great service at stress free auto care, without the price gouging.
