I came to this please for thermostat problem. Everybody else quoted me 200 some dollars he said 700 do not if you were women go here because he say any any price out of his mouth because you don't know no better I pay $12 for a thermostat to bolts and 15 minutes to change it he said $700 like I was stupid if you go here he's gonna charge you. Additionally, your claim about being refused restroom access is false. And they have no restroom and they want to charge you $750 to change a thermostat a 10 minute job

Shady shady shady. Spent $3500+ on a vehicle that no longer operates. Omar said it's good to drive. The mechanic was shaking his head and warning me. Thought I was in good hands. Nope! These guys can mess up your engine but doesn't repair engines . It's been reported to BAR. Never again. Stay away from this place! You guys kept sent me multiple emails and texts of my evaluation. Just a heads-up for anyone planning to bring their vehicle here: The shop will not repair your car unless you purchase the parts directly from them. Even if you already have the parts or can get them at a better price elsewhere, they require that all parts be bought through their shop. Be sure to clarify their policies beforehand so you know what to expect.

They we're really nice ppl, friendly, list of new technology with the way they keep you updated on what's going on with your car after you leave it there, they send emails with pics of what they are doing with your car, but, they didn't do anything to my car. Once he finished telling me about all the great ways of telling & showing how they keep you posted, my sister & I went to breakfast, was gone for maybe a hour & 20 minutes, came back, saw the car on the pole, so we went inside and had a seat. My company van broke down on a Saturday, and I wanted to give this company a try since I'm looking for a mechanic. I have a small fleet of company vehicles, and an honest mechanic is imperative. They told me they could see me on Wednesday and I decided I would wait for this company. They told me the diagnostic would be half price, however, I was charged 240 bucks. Corporate website SO0 different from local shop. Wait time, Lyft credit, tire warranty - everything changed. Plan on over two-hour wait / no warranty./ wait for tire shipment Saved $25 at Tire & Wheel shop plus 50k mile warranty and also had my unique tire in stock - 30 mins. Done!

We got invitation of repairing from them - but no more feedback after all without any explanation
