I found this place online and had some minor work done there in the past and they had recommended some repairs after the multi point inspection which I deferred. Recently had my vehicle serviced at the dealership and they too recommended some repairs and took it to them to save repairs at the dealership which cost ton of money. I went there and the manager Omar Ansari and the Tech Gim L took care of it and kept updating me as the repairs were in progress and even sent a link to watch the repairs being done. Omar was great to walking me through the comprehensive inspection on my vehicle, going over each of the items identified. No pushy sale, just the facts! Definitely recommend. One caveat, I have not decided on which item to be repaired/replaced, since some of the work I will do myself. The rest, I will definitely bring it in to have the work done.

I recently took my van with Many issues to these guys and they gave me the best quote with a breakdown of parts and labor for each issue . And video link to watch technicians work on vehicle . Very helpfull and great service from them I can't recommend them enough !!!! 5 stars for sure !

My truck's AC was no longer working (the fan was not blowing the cold air). I work during the week so my wife and I were trying to find a shop to fix it on a Saturday around noon. After many phone calls and visits to shops in Hayward (turns out alot of shops are "open" on Saturday but don't actually do repairs on the weekend) we called Stress Free Auto Care. My 1997 Honda Civic had failed the smog test at a different location than Stress-Free. Even though I was not able to have my Honda serviced at Stress-Free due to rules governing repair of failed smog vehicles, they had responded to my yelp request. They gave me some very good info and seemed to genuinely care about my situation. In the future when I need auto work done Stress-Free will be my first choice!

Stress-Free Auto Care in Castro Valley, CA is a wonderful place where I've just had annual service done on my 2013 Ford Focus Titanium and my 2013 Mini-Cooper Roadster. My experience with both cars was excellent with efficient, accurate, reasonably-priced work. I'll be going back there on a regular basis, highly recommend them.
