Reasonable rate for an oil change. They keep you posted on everything they are doing. Did digital inspection, was amazed on everything they checked and you can actually view them working on your car. Definitely will go back

They're good. easy quick and understandable and super clear and comfy. of course you. will pay more for that comfort, and just sometimes they inflate problems.

I found this place online and had some minor work done there in the past and they had recommended some repairs after the multi point inspection which I deferred. Recently had my vehicle serviced at the dealership and they too recommended some repairs and took it to them to save repairs at the dealership which cost ton of money. Omar was great to walking me through the comprehensive inspection on my vehicle, going over each of the items identified. No pushy sale, just the facts! Definitely recommend. One caveat, I have not decided on which item to be repaired/replaced, since some of the work I will do myself. The rest, I will definitely bring it in to have the work done.

I recently took my van with Many issues to these guys and they gave me the best quote with a breakdown of parts and labor for each issue . And video link to watch technicians work on vehicle . Very helpfull and great service from them I can't recommend them enough !!!! 5 stars for sure !

My truck's AC was no longer working (the fan was not blowing the cold air). I work during the week so my wife and I were trying to find a shop to fix it on a Saturday around noon. After many phone calls and visits to shops in Hayward (turns out alot of shops are "open" on Saturday but don't actually do repairs on the weekend) we called Stress Free Auto Care.
