My 1997 Honda Civic had failed the smog test at a different location than Stress-Free. Even though I was not able to have my Honda serviced at Stress-Free due to rules governing repair of failed smog vehicles, they had responded to my yelp request. They gave me some very good info and seemed to genuinely care about my situation. In the future when I need auto work done Stress-Free will be my first choice!

Stress-Free Auto Care in Castro Valley, CA is a wonderful place where I've just had annual service done on my 2013 Ford Focus Titanium and my 2013 Mini-Cooper Roadster. My experience with both cars was excellent with efficient, accurate, reasonably-priced work. I'll be going back there on a regular basis, highly recommend them.

Cooling System service. Scheduled an appointment,communication was great and everything was done on time. There were other issues found that were handled with out having to extend the repair time.

Brought car in for 100,000 mile checkup. Outstanding customer service. We were consistently informed as work progressed. Omar called us to consult and advise us about additional issues encountered that were not part of original estimate. Gave us options to proceed or decline any additional work outside of original estimate . Provided revised estimates as needed. Completely professional.

They have the kindest and most honest front desk workers, I never feel that I am over paying for the services. The workers are thorough and I have always left with me car satisfied. I would recommend this place to anyone looking fro an auto repair shop with honest workers!
