They we're really nice ppl, friendly, list of new technology with the way they keep you updated on what's going on with your car after you leave it there, they send emails with pics of what they are doing with your car, but, they didn't do anything to my car. My company van broke down on a Saturday, and I wanted to give this company a try since I'm looking for a mechanic. I have a small fleet of company vehicles, and an honest mechanic is imperative. They told me they could see me on Wednesday and I decided I would wait for this company. They told me the diagnostic would be half price, however, I was charged 240 bucks. Corporate website SO0 different from local shop. Wait time, Lyft credit, tire warranty - everything changed. Plan on over two-hour wait / no warranty./ wait for tire shipment Saved $25 at Tire & Wheel shop plus 50k mile warranty and also had my unique tire in stock - 30 mins. Done!
We got invitation of repairing from them - but no more feedback after all without any explanation

I went to stress free Auto Care too see why my Dodge charger is misfiring.. they diagnosed my car and call me to tell me that they need to look inside the engine which will charge $2000 just to look inside my engine.. I pay them $150 and they said my valve cover gasket was cracked and I took it to a different shop and Castro Valley which they fixed the problem in one day.. stress free auto could not find the problem on my car they tried to rip me off for more money telling me that my motor was bad but my motor was good which... read more

The quality of their service is excellent, and I have nothing to complain about that regard. The staff was quick, efficient, and friendly. The main thing holding this place back is the price. My brother took his car here to replace both of his O2 sensors and was charged more than $1,100. Diagnosis isn't cheap, as they will charge $200-$250 depending on the car's issue. If you're in a hurry these guys are a decent option, but beware of the price.

This team is personable, knowledgeable and without any "hard sell" - the service team does top-notch work.
