The experience was absolutely incredible. Fantastic start to finish in every way you can consider/conceive. I began by looking up places last week. I put in what was going on with the car and awaited responses as the info was sent out. Stress Free Auto responded quickly and thoroughly. The shop was able to get me in quickly. Service was excellent. The diagnostic fee was 245, but they didnt charge me because they could not order the part. So that was very helpful.​

Excellent customer service!!! They take the time to explain everything to you, and are always looking for resources to save you money. They are very transparent and so easy to talk too! This is the 2nd time I needed work on my vehicle, and it was so easy! I Trust them 100% with my vehicle and they are the only ones I will ever go to in the future!!!!

excellent shop I brought my 2010 BMW in for what I thought was a front suspension problem after they inspected it, they checked the tie rods ball joints, and axles and there was no problem with my suspension they was completely honest about the situation

Stress Free did an excellent, same day repair on one of our older trucks. Vehicle runs great now after a few months of some intermittent overheating issues! The process was very smooth. I personally enjoy taking advantage of text/chat services these days from all companies who offer them. I received a text from Stress-Free with a link to pay my invoice and this process felt secure and user friendly. Highly recommend with any of your repairs! The people here are honest and trustworthy! They are thorough and listen to the customer. They made my experience with my older VW beetle stress free!!! I couldn't be happier with the service and am so grateful to have found them!

They should be called Stress-Full Auto Couldn't Care Less. This is after the Lexus dealer said my inner CV boots were leaking and nothing else was wrong with my Lexus RX350. I inquired about changing the axles with CV boots included and they still wanted to make an in person estimate before they can do anything. They said they want to check for rust when it's a California vehicle. There is no rust! Sounds like a rip off to me. Other shops were happy to quote a price but not this place. Forget about it!
