I requested an online quote, got a response within the same day which saved me hundreds of dollars on my scheduled maintenance versus going to the dealer. I scheduled service, dropped off my car. While in the office the employee re-checked my service estimate and found my work would cost me less. Great service and customer service. Definitely a stress free experience. I'll come back here for any issues going forward. My truck was ready the same day and they provided Lyft ride home and picked up when my vehicle was ready. The waiting area was very clean too.

After vetting 7 shops, Stress-Free had the best pricing for identical services which ranged from $318 to $1385! I expected mediocre service and a ton of upselling schemes with pricing so low, and was surprised to find their service surpassed any service I have had in the Bay Area in 26 years across 18 vehicles! The details to whats needed for your car in terms of expenses with parts and what's wrong with parts that need attention to fast service. Walkable to a costco and a few other places incase you need to bide your time.

First time trying this place. Had a full factory inspection and oil change and rear brakes changed. Dropped off car at 8am Saturday, by 9am they had a full inspection and estimate done and were calling me letting me know what was happening. Pricing seemed very fair. Whole job done by 2pm, everything working great so far! We'll be back with our other car in the future. But I wish I knew about the Costco membership discount! Maybe I can get a retro discount!
