I was so pleased with Stress-Free Auto Care. I had a problem with the oil and needed a same day appointment. They were able to get me in and I was so pleasantly surprised with everything. Their garage space is so well organized and mechanics seemed focused. Customer service was excellent as I was greeted with a welcome smile and courteous listening. Great service! I dropped off my vehicle and they took care of the rest and were able to get my car up and running fairly quickly. Not hoping that my car runs into any issues again, but if it does, I'd definitely want to come back here again for my auto needs!

Stress-Free Auto Care is just as advertised: stress free! After some horrible experiences at dealerships, I was determined to find an alternative. I stumbled across this place and very happy I did. So far, they have done a couple repairs on my car and I also recently received an oil change and tire rotation. I was shocked that I was able to get my car back so quickly! Is it weird to give an auto repair shop 5 stars? So many get a bad rep, but Stress-Free do it right. I brought my car in for a super weird issue that could have been a ton of things. I appreciate that the mechanics let me show them the issue on my car and also let me tell them what I thought the problem may be. Once I left the car with them, I got regular text updates and pictures regarding the inspection they did, which was super thorough. The guys in the office are great, wonderful customer service. My brakes were done in a few hours so we hung out in the waiting room where they have charging cables, coffee, and snacks to nosh on. The big plus is they get you an Uber to and from home while you wait there. Thanks guys!

My check engine light came on and knowing nothing about cars I was really scared on what this could mean. I need my car to commute 90+ miles to and from work. I took my car into Strees Free Auto Care and Mickey was very professional, friendly and helpful. He explained how everything would go and even worked with me with the price instead of trying to double charge me (I had already had a diagnostic at the Stress Free Auto Care in SF). My brakes were bad. They were able to do them in a timely manner. The service advisor was competent and gave me an honest diagnosis. The price was average market rate.
