Incredible customer service that you don't see these days. Pictures for all the work and checks they do. Phone calls where guys like James explained details and was never pushy or trying to over sale me. Text messages so you know exactly where they are in the process. I mean it was amazing to see. No Stress Stress-Free and they live up to the company's name!

I brought my car in to check the tires because one of the rear tires kept losing air with no visible reason. They were able to check the tires for me (tires that I didn't purchase from them) and also do a multipointe car inspection. They found that the rear tire that kept getting low had a slit somewhere along the tread that they could identify by bubbles when they put a soapy solution on it. I requested a 4 wheel alignment after installing new tires. The scheduling process was easy and the price fair. The service was completed promptly and they informed me of all the findings. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend them and plan to call on them for future automotive needs.

Needed Air conditioning checked on 2002 Toyota Avalon. Convenient for weekend service as I do work during the week. Value maybe same as most auto shops but I used Costco 15% discount coupon for a better pricing.

Stress Free is very customer service oriented and provides great follow up on repairs. Their work is also top notch. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
