Made an appointment for pre purchase diagnosis. Told my story and they took it from there. Cole and Ken took care of everything. I feel confident and trust my Jaguar with them. LB
Excellent customer service!!! They take the time to explain everything to you, and are always looking for resources to save you money. They are very transparent and so easy to talk too! This is the 2nd time I needed work on my vehicle, and it was so easy! I Trust them 100% with my vehicle and they are the only ones I will ever go to in the future!!!!

excellent shop I brought my 2010 BMW in for what I thought was a front suspension problem after they inspected it, they checked the tie rods ball joints, and axles and there was no problem with my suspension they was completely honest about the situation

I called ahead of time and asked the person who answered the phone if they first accept the Car Care Credit Card as a method of payment. He said yes and so I started explaining my scenario and what is going on with my car. I got an appointment to come in on a Saturday morning. I have figured out that you CAN use Car Credit and we do not have to do anything else, it is used as a regular credit card, that's all that i would need to do on our end.
This place started off good. Went in for an estimate called ahead of time. The amenities were good. Place is clean. Then I was there for 3 hours-wasted half my day for a diagnostic. Then they wanted to charge me for another diagnostic. I paid $125.00-then he wanted to charge me like $250.00 more. Then he wanted me to leave my car come back and i still did not do a full diagnostic. Then he showed me pictures and never gave me a price estimate. They should be called Stress-Full Auto Couldn't Care Less. This is after the Lexus dealer said my inner CV boots were leaking and nothing else was wrong with my Lexus RX350. I inquired about changing the axles with CV boots included and they still wanted to make an in person estimate before they can do anything. They said they want to check for rust when it's a California vehicle. There is no rust! Sounds like a rip off to me. Other shops were happy to quote a price but not this place. Forget about it!
