I had my 2021 Toyota CHR brake pads and rotors replaced at this place, staff was friendly and what I liked the most is they explain everything and the waiting room has good coffee and snacks

Amazing customer service! I needed to have my A/C checked since it was blowing warm. They were able to diagnose the issue, and get it recharged and working like new. Thank you guys again!

They did a thorough job checking what the issue was with my car. My car had an issue with the coolant bypass valve, which Subaru knew of and extended the warranty for repairs. The Stress-Free team was kind enough to print out the bulletin from Subaru and also didn't insist on them fixing it. The saved me so much money by being kind and honest. I love how they send you pictures of the progress. Super friendly. They helped me out with my a/c that gaved out. I will definitely be coming back for future car maintenance.

Found this service center from a Yelp search for oil change and tire rotation and given my experience today for a simple oil change, I would highly recommend Stress-free. Their online booking and consistent communication is excellent. The service manager Rhett was friendly professional, and clear explaining the results of the inspection performed during the oil change service. The experience with stress free was good overall. There's never a perfect situation, because having car issues is never a good thing. There's always challenges when there is troubleshooting and diagnosing a problem. Because you have to find the culprit to the problem when their could be multiple factors that's the cause.
