These guys handled my complicated project very thoroughly. I had a Tesla Model Y with an issue that was very difficult to diagnose. The knocking sounds were very quiet, and I honestly did not believe it would be possible to find the problem. But these guys were able to find it, and I am very happy. Thank you very much to them. It took longer than expected, but that is completely understandable for such a complicated diagnostic like mine.

The timely text updates were good. The services requested were completed with good results. I would return. Even considering going regularly for basic service like oil changes. I had a recent bad experience with one of the quick oil change places. And going to dealer was super expensive.

Stress Free Auto really lives up to their name. I've been here a couple of times and dealt with a couple different service advisors. They are very knowledgeable and are very fair when it comes to pricing. They have done both large and small repairs for me, and always in a very reasonable time frame. I've been to a few of their locations and have seen that this is the way they operate company wide. If you need repairs, I highly recommend you visit one of their shops.

My mom has been taking her car to stress-free auto care in Concord for years and last week I took it to get some service that was recommended by the dealership. I recently requested a pre-purchased vehicle inspection with these guys. Since I am very far away from the dealership, it was very convenient and they were very professional as well as reasonably priced. Handled everything by the phone and email. Communication was very transparent as well as the service provided access to view the inspection in real time. Would highly recommend these guys.
