Stress-free Auto is well run and organized. It's easy to book online and they send you a reminder text (which I appreciated). The waiting area is comfy and there is free coffee. I also noticed the rest room is very clean and tidy. Prices are fair and fully explained ( watch for their great coupon values). I plan to make them my primary service provider.

The experience was absolutely incredible. Fantastic start to finish in every way you can consider/conceive. I began by looking up places last week. I put in what was going on with the car and awaited responses as the info was sent out. Stress Free Auto responded quickly and thoroughly. A couple of places never responded and one responded with the cost without having looked at my car. I put in the time and day that would work for me, and within an hour I had a confirmatoin. The shop was able to get me in quickly. Service was excellent. The diagnostic fee was 245, but they didnt charge me because they could not order the part. So that was very helpful.

Excellent customer service!!! They take the time to explain everything to you, and are always looking for resources to save you money. They are very transparent and so easy to talk too! This is the 2nd time I needed work on my vehicle, and it was so easy! I Trust them 100% with my vehicle and they are the only ones I will ever go to in the future!!!!

excellent shop I brought my 2010 BMW in for what I thought was a front suspension problem after they inspected it, they checked the tie rods ball joints, and axles and there was no problem with my suspension they was completely honest about the situation
