I had a log in issue recently that seemed to be quite confounding and my initial experience with customer service was to hold for nearly an hour and then have the call dropped. I sent an email requesting help and a *** named Miracle reached out. She was fantastic with service and though she could not resolve the issue immediately she persisted with referring it to technical support then following up. Today I spoke with Miracle concerning my escrow account with Sun West. I had called two days earlier to discuss this same concern. The agent was not helpful. But Miracle took the time to pull up records and review them line by line. She is patient and kind. Her knowledge and experience enabled her to meet my needs in a respectful and informative manner.
