Moustafa Houmsi was my loan officer. He was very knowledgeable, and always replied to all my questions in a timely manner. if he was unsure of something he would let me know he would get me an answer, and would make sure to communicate with me once he had the information.He was able to get me the best deal out there, and even expedited closing. it was an easy process, and i would definitely recommend him as one of the go to loan officers. We have been with Sun West for many years and just sold our home and had the best experience. They have always been there for us as when Hurricane Florence hit us they stuck by us the whole way. We refinanced our home loan through Sun West. Because we stayed with Sun West, we actually saved some money. On Monday, June 1, 2020, I called customer service and spoke to Pier. She totally exceeded my expectations. She helped me with all of my questions. Additionally, she assisted me in setting up automatic payments. I am glad she was the he customer service representative I got to. She is a true asses to Sun West. If I have any additional questions, I truly hope she answers the phone.
