Today I spoke with Miracle concerning my escrow account with Sun West. I had called two days earlier to discuss this same concern. The agent was not helpful. But Miracle took the time to pull up records and review them line by line. She is patient and kind. Her knowledge and experience enabled her to meet my needs in a respectful and informative manner.
