What a Joy!!! The representative who's name is Miracle handled all of my concerns, questions, and fears that I had concerning COVID-19, and the financial hardship it has had on me and my family. Totally informed on all information that was pertinent to the uploading of all documents for our hardship. I called your company after being told I was being laid off due to the current health situation we are all experiencing. They company informed me that all 3 of our companies were under mandatory lay offs. I needed to contact your company and advise them I just had mailed in my April Payment and that I would need support regarding May.
