******** was awesome. We are not techno savvy so were needing help and she was extremely patient and helpful. Can't say enough good things about her. We were able to get the tax information we needed and are very relieved to have this vital information.

I called Sun West with a relatively routine question. ******** sent me an emal telling me I could get my tax documents online. I went online but couldn't find the documents. I called and spoke with a lady named Miracle. Miracle quickly resolved my issue. Miracle was very professional, very patient and very determined. If I ever have to call Sun West **** I hope I get Miracle. She's a keeper (in addition to having a very nice name).

I love the customer service with SWM. I have never had a bad phone call. All their reps are helpful and kind. Its the main thing that keeps me from refinancing with my credit union. I dont want any issues I just like easy. Sunwest makes it easy!
