Albert in the customer service department is absolutely wonderful. After numerous calls, he was the one who gave me the information on who I needed to email paperwork to. I called back to check the status and I was connected to Albert again. He not only remembered me and my situation, he made sure everything was handled and went over all the information I had submitted. He made sure that I understood everything and took the time to clarify anything that I didn’t understand. He also answered my questions in a way that I could understand. Albert made the whole process quite easy and he is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Any further communication that I need to have with Sun West, I will be asking specifically for him,
