I would like to recommend one of your employees named Paul Salcido as a very prominent young man for doing his job properly when he thought he was right but he was very good about checking into the situation further and found out he made a mistake and corrected it and apologized to me letting me know I was right according to the letter. He is going to be an outstanding employee by doing his job right and checking into it and making sure who was right in this situation and I hope and pray this young man gets promoted in the future plus he also learned some lessons today. They are like real.family . This company tell me how to protect myself from scammers,Whenever I am in doubt , I just call Sun West Mortgage and my problems are solve. many times I receive letters and thought I had to respond to them, being a new home owner , when I call Sun West I release that this was a fake. If you need a good mortgage company that is not only interested in your money , but your well being , contact Sun West Mortgage.

I had a great experience working with Jennifer Moy on my new home purchase! She is a very good communicator. She explained all the documents that she needed, and went over the different options for my loan. She was always available to answer any questions that came up. My home purchase went smoothly, and I closed on time! I would definitely work with Jennifer Moy again.
