I was having problems with my mortgage payment. I unintentionally sent the payment to the wrong company. I was able to get the matter taken care of within about 10 - 15 minutes by a very friendly customer service representative. I was treated with a fantastic amount of respect. Unbelievable.
I needed previous statements from my account. **************** went through everything I needed and made getting the information quick and simple. They even made sure I was able to access the information they sent to me before they ended the call. It was very nice to find true customer service.
