Complaint: Sometime last year, my wife and I purchased a vacation package for $5000 for 10 vacations. We made $500 down and agreed to pay $250 a month on the remaining balance using *** credit card automatic payments. Months after, we then changed our minds on the decision that we made and talked to female employee in Sundance and told her that we changed our minds and want a refund back. She told us that they do not do refunds but instead she gave us a single vacation and they would stop the payments. At that time, we paid a total of $1000 already ($500 down payment and 2 monthly payments of $250). Just to minimize our losses, we just agreed with that settlement and instructed them to remove my credit card information from their system. And just this month, they charged me a monthly service fee of $30.75 through my *** credit card that I asked them to remove from their system. We just want a refund from the payments that we made and stop charging my credit card. We don't intend to use any vacation packages from Sundanc if they will give us our money back. I hope this issue will be resolve amicably. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Just give us our money back and please remove my credit card information from your system as what we have agreed before.

letter a representative from our customer service department had the
opportunity to speak with *** ***. During the conversation *** *** explained his
concerns, which amounted to buyer’s remorse. We advised *** *** that although
there has been no breach of contract on the seller’s part, in the interest of
customer service we would cancel his account upon the receipt of an executed Confidential
Termination, Release and Refund Agreement. That same day we sent *** *** his Confidential
Termination, Release and Refund Agreement. Upon receipt of the executed
document we will immediately finalize the cancellation of *** ***’s account and
process the applicable refund.
